I wanted more details about what happened at the end I recommend this to anybody who loves this author like me or just anybody who has read the trilogy so far orrrrr just a regular teenage girl. I really identified with Tee-Ay. With her parents and her teachers always on her case and her best friend pregnant and dropped out of school, Theresa turns to hip-hop for comfort. Anyway you will fly through this book and enjoy Theresa’s observations of life and connect with her difficulties in high school that transcend race and class.

But when the violence of the street catches up to Devon, Theresa is left with two piles of unfinished college applicationsher own and Devs. About pages in, however I began really caring about the characters.
The way the conflict was solved i dissagreee to it because Cee kept the baby. One positive force in Tee-Ay’s life is Devon, who helps her tap into her true potential as they study together for the dreaded SAT — their ticket to a brighter future. Open Preview See a Problem?
There are many reason why I lawrencr this book. I have been there myself a time or too and I know it can be hard. And with Devon Theresa wrote every collage that she knew bip wanted to apply to.
In conclusion, this book was phenomenal. She now has to work as hard as she even has for Hip Hop High School is an eye opening story about a girl named Theresa Anderson, better known as Tee-Ay.
